How do Qualified Opportunity Funds measure the impact they are having in the communities where they invest?

I am a social impact investor who am interested in investing in areas where my funds have an impact. Is there a way I check this for QOFs?

There is likely to be legislation or administrative guidance regarding this in the upcoming years.

Not now, although the federal government may mandate this in future legislation. The current proposed tax bill does not have this included, however.
